  • Will pressure washing damage my siding or window seals? No. We use a "soft wash" method, which relies on specialized cleaning solutions rather than high pressure. This safely removes organic growth like mold and algae without risk of cracking vinyl siding or blowing out window seals.
  • Do I need to be home for the service? You don't need to be home, though we ask that you ensure all windows are tightly shut, outside electronics are turned off, and the driveway is clear of vehicles. We move furniture if left out and use tarp covers if it is windy. We’ll send a confirmation text when we arrive and when the job is complete.
  • Can you remove those "tiger stripes" on my gutters? Standard house washing removes organic grime, but those dark vertical streaks on gutters are often caused by "electrostatic bonding." We offer a specific gutter brightening service that uses a different chemical process to lift those stains. Ask for this add-on.
  • What about hard water stains or rust? House washing is designed for organic buildup like algae and dirt. Rust from irrigation or hard water mineral deposits usually requires a targeted restoration treatment. We can provide this as an add-on service for those specific areas if needed.
  • How long will the results last? Most homes stay clean for 12 to 24 months. However, the high humidity and coastal environment can lead to faster regrowth. We recommend an annual wash to prevent algae and salt from digging into the surface.
